The Roots Support Foundation Heavy Machinery Skilling Program was created to help change this.
We are empowering young people with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance, and safe handling of heavy machinery. Through this program, we aim to help youth develop marketable technical skills that can open pathways to employment, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihoods.
